1. Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below.
2. Eligibility
Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform.
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any gaming activity on the Platform. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction. ola62 enforces strict age verification and will suspend or permanently close Accounts where underage use is suspected or confirmed. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the Platform under any circumstances.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
The Platform is primarily designed for players based in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local law, regulation, or ordinance. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming activities in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. ola62 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account per Person
Each person may hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
2.4 Personal Use Only
The Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, operation of gaming syndicates, or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited without prior written consent from ola62.
ola62 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to meet eligibility criteria may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To use real-money gaming services on ola62, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, Indonesian residential address, and your preferred payment method details.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. ola62 will not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you have provided.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share account access with any third party. ola62 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been conducted by you. 3.4 Account Closure by User
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines before closure is finalized. Account closure does not waive ola62's right to recover funds owed for any reason.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Deposit Methods
ola62 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the point of deposit. Bank transfers during banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB on business days) are typically confirmed within five minutes.
4.2 Deposits in IDR Only
All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ola62 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the User's sole responsibility and expense.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are processed within 24 hours on business days. Requests submitted over public holidays or during system maintenance may take up to 48 hours. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms.
4.4 Withdrawal Verification
All withdrawal requests are subject to security screening. ola62 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts or payment instruments registered in the same name as the ola62 Account holder. Payments to third parties are strictly prohibited.
4.5 Fees
ola62 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ola62 accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Dormant Accounts
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login or transaction). ola62 reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month from the Balance of dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice. The Account remains accessible; you may reactivate it by logging in at any time.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by ola62 are subject to specific terms that include, at minimum: the bonus amount or percentage, the minimum qualifying deposit, the wagering requirement multiplier, the eligible games, the maximum bet per round while wagering a bonus, and the validity period. These terms are displayed at the point of offer and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement of Rp 1.000.000 requires Rp 30.000.000 in eligible wagers before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering; table games and live dealer games contribute at a lower rate as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
ola62 employs automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements (arbitrage), or participating in promotions while not intending to use the Platform for genuine recreational gaming. Suspected or confirmed abuse results in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Withdrawal before Completion of Wagering
If you request a withdrawal while Bonus Funds remain in your Account and wagering requirements are incomplete, ola62 will cancel the Bonus Funds (and any winnings attributed to them) before processing the withdrawal of your real-money Balance. We will always notify you of this deduction before confirming the withdrawal.
5.5 Modification or Cancellation of Promotions
ola62 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. However, bonuses already claimed and in active wagering will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of claim, except where fraud or abuse is involved.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Fair Gaming
All games available on ola62 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random, independent, and unpredictable. 6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Asian handicap, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator), and 1X2 markets are subject to individual market rules displayed at the time of bet placement. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or voiding, settled bets will be treated per the applicable market rules.
6.3 Disputed Outcomes
In the rare event of a technical error, miscalculation, or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or sports event settlement, ola62 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. ola62's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 12.
6.4 Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are displayed within each game or betting market. ola62 reserves the right to impose reduced bet limits on individual accounts following a review of unusual betting patterns, without being required to provide specific reasons.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ola62 Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
- Operating more than one Account, or allowing another person to operate your Account.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players or third parties.
- Placing bets with the intent of laundering money or financing illegal activities.
- Facilitating access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
- Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without ola62's express written authorization.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
8. KYC & Identity Verification
8.1 Verification Requirements
In accordance with internationally recognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming practices, ola62 requires all Users to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal or upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold. 8.2 Processing Time
KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. 8.3 Suspension Pending Verification
Withdrawal processing will be suspended until KYC is successfully completed. Deposits and gameplay may continue during the verification period unless ola62 identifies grounds for full account suspension. ola62 is not liable for any financial consequences resulting from legitimate delays in the KYC process.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 Gaming Losses
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. ola62 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. The Platform's house edge and RTP values are disclosed transparently; by playing, you accept these mathematical parameters.
11.3 Consequential Damages

11.4 Maximum Liability Cap

You agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12.3 Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator orders otherwise.

For material changes, ola62 will notify registered Users via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
